Every aspirant pictures this moment
The Chetwode Building. The drill square. The day the board finally says yes. Long before he taught a single candidate, this was his dream too.
Screened out. Conferenced out. A repeater.
The board did not say yes the first time. Or the second. He went back again, and this time he learned what the board was really looking for.
Recommended three times
From the same boards that once turned him away, he was recommended again and again, including AIR 1 at 33 SSB Bhopal for the Indian Navy.
He founded SSBPsych
“I know the challenges you will face, because I have faced them myself.”
A computer science engineer by education, he built SSBPsych to simplify and systematise SSB preparation, so no aspirant has to learn the hard way like he did. For 7+ years he has taught aspirants in classrooms, online batches and college workshops across the country.
Leading from the front
SSBPsych has its own GTO ground. He briefs every group himself, and he still climbs the obstacles he asks his candidates to clear.
Sharing the stage with officers
From seats beside senior Army officers to being felicitated on stage, his work with aspirants has earned him a place among the people they hope to become.

Every new officer is the reason he does this. And every salute returned is a promise kept.

Vipul Sir’s strategies, like framing TAT stories from real-life examples, highlighting OLQs, daily editorial reading, and maintaining a strict routine, immensely helped in self-introspection and confidence-building.
